Born at Cardiff, 1768. He prepared some drawings for Principal Seats of the Nobility (1787) and other topographical works. Examples of his work are ' Llewenni Hall ' (copper-plate engraving) and ' Llewenni Bleach Works ', now in the National Museum of Wales, Cardiff. He died at Whitby.
