He wrote towards the end of the 15th century. Only one of his cywyddau is extant - in Peniarth MS 71 . In this he eulogises 'Harri, lord bishop of Bangor'; this was Henry Deane, bishop of Bangor from 1496 to 1499, and later archbishop of Canterbury.
